Policies & Terms of Service

Retainer Clients:

Payment is due typically the 1st of each month. Invoices will be sent 5 days in advance.

A $100 late fee will be applied if payment is not received within 5 business days of the due date.

Services may be paused until payment and applicable late fees are cleared.

One-Time Project Clients:

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure booking.

The remaining 50% is due at the time of service.

If payment is not received, a $100 late fee will be applied, and final deliverables will be withheld until payment is made in full.

General Terms:

Late fees are non-negotiable and apply automatically.

Accounts unpaid 10 business days beyond the original due date may be referred to collections and/or services may be terminated.

For ongoing services (e.g., monthly retainers), contract termination must be made by either the Social Media Manager or the Client upon not less than 10 days prior written notice to the other party.

For one-time projects, cancellations made after work has begun will be billed for all completed work and associated costs up to the cancellation date.

All content will be submitted for approval before posting, unless otherwise agreed.

Two rounds of revisions are included per piece of content. Additional revisions may incur extra fees.

Final approved deliverables are owned by the client after full payment has been received.

Drafts, concepts, and unused creative materials remain the property of Lazy JP Media.

All client information, business strategies, and social media data are handled with strict confidentiality and will not be shared with third parties without written consent.

Lazy JP Media reserves the right to pause or terminate services for non-payment, breach of agreement, or inappropriate conduct.

Clients will be notified in writing before any service interruption.
